When summoned, you can call Bird and Beast Dragunity from your hand regardless of level → Acrys OK. And Acrys he can call a Dragon too.
If you equip it to Primus Pirus, you can create a high-level tuner → There is no benefit to using Bird Beast Dragunity as a tuner, and the effect of Primus Pirus misses the timing, so it can't be used. If you want a high-level tuner in the first place, just use Haroon.
If you turn Gorm Faval into a tuner, you can synchronize it with Tribble to create a Varucha → Use Couse regularly. Besides, Tribble isn't that good of a monster.
